In our journey through yoga, we've explored the elements of earth, water, and now fire. Fire, or "agni" in Sanskrit, holds a significant place in yoga philosophy as it symbolizes transformation and vitality.

When we step onto our yoga mats, we embark on a path of transformation, much like fire itself. Just as fire transforms food into energy within us, it also symbolizes our ability to face life's challenges and turn them into opportunities for growth and nourishment.

However, like any element, fire must be balanced. When our inner fire burns too fiercely, we risk burnout. Conversely, if it dwindles, we may lose motivation and stagnate. Finding the right balance is crucial for our well-being.

During our practice, we take a moment to connect with our inner fire, located within our bellies. This fire fuels our transformation, allowing us to dissolve our individual ego and see the bigger picture of life.

As we breathe deeply, we invite the fire within us to strengthen or cool down as needed. This practice of balancing our inner fire enables us to move towards a state of bliss, peace, and joy.
