MONTHLY ANUSARA CLASS SERIES

 
 Each month we will begin a new series of classes that are focused on building skills and capability in the Anusara Yoga method.
The classes will be 60-minute mixed level. Each week we will build upon the foundation that was laid before to give your body and mind the opportunity to really open to the possibility of achieving a new yoga pose.
A key aspect of Anusara Yoga philosophy will be explored in each monthly masterclass series.

YIN & PIN

Time to reset and restore. Yin and Pin merges two ancient Eastern modalities: Acupuncture and Yoga. Bring balance to your life and enhance your wellbeing.
Deep Relaxation: activate your parasympathetic nervous system and induce a state of calm and rest allowing for deeper healing and rejuvenation.
Energy Balance: enhances the overall balance of your body's energy system.

BROGA AND BEER

Monthly class just for the boys.
Men need a community of likeminded guys who enjoy the practice of yoga, just as much as women do.
This class is an opportunity to bring together the Christchurch 'bro's of yoga' once a month to practice yoga in a strong, focused masculine way. Then finish up the class with the bonding beer (optional) down at the local pub.
Anusara is a strong, alignment based, technical and science based yoga that can meet you where you are at - whether you are a beginner or you have been going to a yoga classes for a while.
The class will be led by a lady, Kristina Wischnowsky - Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher, but all about the boys.

RESTORATIVE YOGA AND MEDITATION

The full moon is often associated with completion and culmination, symbolising the peak of a cycle.
We'll integrate this completion of a cycle into restorative Yoga and Meditation. Use it as a time for reflection, letting go, and setting intentions for the up coming cycle of days, months and the new year.

DEEP PLAY

Deepen your Yoga practice with a monthly Deep Play masterclass that takes you into Yoga poses or variations of Yoga poses that you won't be offered in your general mixed level class.
June Masterclass: 16 June 2.30-4pm
Take the time to explore intermediate/advanced poses, learn alignment techniques, and expand your Yoga possibilities.
Anusara Yoga method is the basis of this class.
This class is linked to the monthly Level 2 class that is part of your Fit and Fabulous membership.
