Deepen your Yoga practice with a monthly Deep Play masterclass that takes you into Yoga poses or variations of Yoga poses that you won't be offered in your general mixed level class.
May Masterclass: 12 May 2.30-4pm
Take the time to explore intermediate/advanced poses, learn alignment techniques, and expand your Yoga possibilities.
Anusara Yoga method is the basis of this class.

MONTHLY ANUSARA CLASS SERIES

 
 Each month we will begin a new series of classes that are focused on building skills and capability in the Anusara Yoga method.
The classes will be 60-minute mixed level. Each week we will build upon the foundation that was laid before to give your body and mind the opportunity to really open to the possibility of achieving a new yoga pose.
A key aspect of Anusara Yoga philosophy will be explored in each monthly masterclass series.

WIND DOWN TO BLISS

Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels.
By definition, restorative yoga is a restful practice that holds asanas for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets, and bolsters. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga—the union of body and mind. Through the use of props for support, many of the postures are held almost effortlessly.

RESTORATIVE YOGA AND MEDITATION

The full moon is often associated with completion and culmination, symbolising the peak of a cycle.
We'll integrate this completion of a cycle into restorative Yoga and Meditation. Use it as a time for reflection, letting go, and setting intentions for the up coming cycle of days, months and the new year. Part of the All IN Mmebership package. Online 8pm
