About Us
Hi! We're Audrie & Kristina
& here's a little more about us and how we met

Meet Me - Audrie McKenzie Daly
Hello!
I’m Audrie.
I know everyone can do yoga. I create classes and programs with you in mind. There are always a range of options so everyone is included. My passion is for you to enjoy and move your body more everyday.
I wasn't an active kid or young adult but I liked the way my body felt from my first yoga class in my 40's. Now 20 years on, I love it more each day.
I dedicate my time to yoga learning, teaching and coaching. I completed my 200hr YTT certificate in 2021. I am now studying my 300hr yoga teachers' course.
I teach aqua fit and am a qualified Movingness teacher.
I live with my husband, 2 cats and 6 hens on an inner city block in the beautiful city of Ōtautahi Christchurch, New Zealand.
Namaste!
Meet Me - Kristina Wischnowsky
I am a talented and inspiring yoga teacher, coach and consultant.
My passion comes from the reward of seeing the positive outcomes and transformation that occurs when we tap into the innate potential of the group or individual. I have seen exponential transformation occur when the power of LOVE and PURPOSE is harnessed.
My life calling has to move out of living in fear and to anchor deeply into living a LOVE filled life. This is my greatest offering and service to the world now - supporting others to live with more LOVE.
I have a Business degree, graduate diploma in Psychology and have spent many hours in Yoga Teacher training (currently registered as 750 hour teacher with Yoga NZ and 250 hour Anusara Inspired teacher) and personal development workshops.
Since 2008 I have attended physical teacher trainings, workshops and retreats with the following world recognised Yoga Teachers: Benita Wolfe, Katie Lane, Noah Maze, Christina Sell, Tara Judelle, Desiree Rumbagh, John Friend, Donna Farhi, Marc Holzman, Martin Kirk, Ross Rayburn, Christine du Fresne and Carlos Pomeda.

How we met
Kristina and Audrie met in a yoga class in 2008.
Since then we have attended each other’s classes, covered each other’s classes, and attended many workshops together.
Our friendship grew beyond yoga. We have supported each other through break-ups, earthquakes, marriage, significant birthdays, career transition, yoga teacher training, personal development training and creating our future vision for our lives.
Here we are. Finally sharing our combined vision and love of yoga. Combined with the power of personal development to offer something that we know is really transformative - because we have experienced all of it in our own lives.
