Drop a Dress Size by Spring is your chance to finally have the breakthrough your body has been waiting for.
By spring you could be wearing a smaller size, feeling fabulous in your clothes, lighter in your body, and proud of what you achieved over winter.
While most women gain weight in winter, lose motivation, comfort eat, and promise themselves they will sort it out later, you will be building momentum and creating real change.
Over 8 weeks you will be supported to break through to the next dress size with structure, coaching, accountability, and a group of women doing it alongside you.
Somatic Movement classes
6 week series
Start from the inside out, with small movements done with full attention. Work with how you are actually built to create flexibility and strength to keep you moving in real life, not just in a class.

Foundation Yoga Series
8 week series
Continue your yoga classes. Improve your flexibility and range of movement. There’s no right or wrong, just space to move, breathe, and feel a bit more relaxed.
