This retreat is ideal for anyone who need a break from the busyness of business or life
The calm mind, full heart retreat was a wonderful opportunity to focus on self care and to take some time out from my busy life. The yoga was well paced for me and I was delighted by all of the other sessions we fitted in over the weekend. It all flowed well together. Audrie and Kristina make a great team and I felt both included and well taken care of. The food was delicious and the accomodation confortable. This 3 day retreat is ideal for anyone who need a break from the busyness of business or life in general. You'll come away feeling nurtured, restored and with a full heart. I highly recommend making time for a retreat with Audrie and Kristina

I love the whole energy of the sessions
Yin and pin historically has had a calming effect on my anxiety created by a too busy lifestyle. This session of yin and pin achieved this however with this series related to "hormones" I felt immediately grounded The guided meditation also triggered tears....I believe this yin and pin released some stuck energy ..recent and old grief I have been carrying. I never have expectations but each yin and pin I experience seems to have almost a cumulative effect of well being. I love the environment. I always refer to it as being very organic. I love the whole energy of the sessions ...full credit to you all. The change in acupuncturist initially took some adjustment with a different style but love it all now

The Body Breakthrough Course was brilliant!
You get to a stage in life where you think you have heard everything on fitness and well-being but this course taught me new things and also dispelled a lot of myths and also allowed me to be kinder to myself.
It is so comprehensive and covers every aspect. You feel so supported through out and this does lead to the breakthroughs you require to achieve your goals.
Everything to gain, nothing to lose but fat!

I would 100% recommend Kristina as your PT
I am a retired woman and recently reached out to Kristina for some personal training. Over the years I have had many programs in several different gyms and Kristina is amazing! I only had three sessions and she has set me up with a perfect program having listened to my requests and suited to my ability with heaps of encouragement and enthusiasm on top.
I would 100% recommend Kristina as your PT. She has an awesome willingness to help and I believe is very knowledgeable in female personal training. I absolutely look forward to working with Kristina in the future!

Thank you for the amazing workout Kristina. For the past few weeks, I have felt stronger and better about my body. You have been great at motivating me and pushing me out of my comfort zone. I didn't know I was capable of pushing myself.
I must admit, the odd swear words do come out when you add a few more weights, but you knew I'm capable of executing it.

I highly recommend Kristina and Audrie's Yoga to Transform!
They are both inspirational in their own ways and have such a positive energy and verve that I couldn't fail to be motivated. They have a solid understanding of what is required to have a 'body breakthrough' and have researched to present accessible and clear information in daily 'bite sized' packages to inspire to make this 21 day challenge become habituated. Additionally, they are warm and non-judgmental accepting that we are all 'unique individuals' facing our different body challenges.
On a personal level I have taken the step through the yoga sessions to find new energy and enthusiasm and am doing two to three yoga sessions weekly and walking on the alternate days. I have completed some beautiful walks in the last few weeks and climbed Mt Herbert with (relative) ease yesterday. I am walking the Routeburn track in March and believe Kristina and Audrie and the yogatotransform programme has given me the confidence to do this.
Clearly I am a fan, it has been fantastic for me so I hope you can share this very positive experience.

Hello, I'm Lizanne and I have just completed the 3 month Empower Your Health Journey with Kristina. For me it was about setting the foundations for a healthier, fitter and happier me and to explore my yoga and meditation practice further.
The initial assessment and first consultation really set the tone for the whole experience. The assessment was comprehensive and dug into my health, emotional state, time of life and life experience and really made me think about what I wanted to achieve in the next 12 months. The consultation with Kristina broke down my goals into what can be achieved in the next 3 months.
The program has helped me set up good lifelong habits such as the right time to eat my meals, what foods to bring into my diet and what to limit, not necessarily exclude, unless it was causing me harm with my health issues. Kristina has taught me to listen more carefully to what my body is telling me and how to act on those signs and get my digestive fire burning. I now have limited gut issues and what is still an issue will just take a little more time to heal.
My spiritual journey has also taken off with more in depth meditation and yoga. I have been able to deal with some ghosts that surfaced and because of this new version of me and with the power of the knowledge I have gained into who I am.
We did a weights program in the gym which was a weak point for me. I did not really know what to do on the machines, used weights that were too light and just wasn’t comfortable being in there. I have well and truly got over all that! Kristina had me lifting weights I wouldn’t have thought I could do! She concentrates on getting your form right and increasing weights to test your limits. She wants to push you to be the best and make you feel that you have every right to be in that room and own it.
Kristina is an absolute rock star to work with, very relatable and she listens to what you are saying and also hears what you are also not saying. She has an insight into the body and its functions for mature women with her years of experience and her training, she will certainly set you on a path to a new you that you are going to embrace and love, she will make you SHINE!
I am so much stronger, fitter, confident physically and just as importantly mentally, I have reached and exceeded my goals. I’ve lost 2% body fat, gained 3kg of muscle, lost 8.5cm around the waist and hips and lowered my metabolic age by 5 years. All in such a short time!
I would, without a doubt recommend Kristina to anyone whether your journey is a physical or spiritual one. She really is a one stop shop. She has an authentic desire to help you and see you succeed and enjoys being right there beside you on this part of the journey that is your life.

I love the way Kristina made me feel comfortable from the start, she gives you so much encouragement!
I started my lifting journey many years back, but until I found a gym buddy it was never consistent.
I have had a few PT sessions over that time but only when I felt I needed it, my first time was training for a race.
Second PT was before joining the New Zealand police to pass their very high fitness testing standards.
I always thought a PT was there for special events until I met Kristina. She had shown me everyone needs the accountability and push of a good PT session.
My first couple of sessions with Kristina I already noticed some ab definition. I assume it’s her extensive knowledge of breathing with her yoga practice, I was engaging my abdominal lifting for the first time.
I am now hooked. My body loves lifting heavier and with the expertise and guidance from Kristina I have the confidence to do it.
I was always concerned about injury and as a group fitness instructor myself I didn’t want to risk not being able to work.
I am finishing my testimonial on a personal note. I love the way Kristina made me feel comfortable from the start, she gives you so much encouragement, I absolutely love the high fives you get after each set. I hope to keep my monthly sessions, for many years to come.

This cleanse helped me feel more confident in myself.
Honestly, I didn’t know much about Ayurveda before this cleanse. I’ve done a lot of healing the Western way—therapy, medication, all of that—but this was the first time I really looked at my life from a holistic angle. It’s made such a big difference.
Before the cleanse, I felt terrible—physically and mentally. Fatigue, brain fog, random body pain, feeling totally disconnected. I’d had a virus earlier in the year that led into what felt like chronic fatigue. My ADHD meds were changed, and my doctor wanted to increase my antidepressants, but I just knew it wasn’t regular depression. It felt like my body was lacking something.
I didn’t think I’d be able to do a cleanse. I’m not great at cooking, I get overwhelmed by meal prep, and I have executive dysfunction. But I found a way that worked for me—I used my slow cooker, and just kept it simple. I didn’t follow it perfectly (still had coffee at work!), but I stuck with it. And the daily calls with Kristina really helped with staying accountable and supported.
This cleanse helped me feel more confident in myself. I usually hide away in my room because I hate taking up space—especially flatting. Sometimes I’d be so awkward I wouldn’t even cook dinner, I’d just order takeout. But because I had to cook for the cleanse, I was in the kitchen more, talking to flatmates, and actually enjoying being around people. It helped me come out of my shell.
I started sleeping better too. I used to wake up with hot feet, mind racing, struggling to get back to sleep. But during the cleanse, even if I woke up, I could go back to sleep easier. My period came right after the cleanse, and for the first time I didn’t need painkillers. I even went to yoga and actually enjoyed it.
Normally in my luteal phase, I get hit with mood swings, fatigue, even suicidal thoughts—but I didn’t get that this time. I just rested when I needed to and didn’t feel guilty. I even had enough energy to go for a 7km run—something I hadn’t enjoyed since becoming anaemic last year.
This cleanse was like feeding my inner child, giving her real nourishment instead of just reaching for junk food when the tiredness hit. And I think having those daily meditations—even though sitting still is hard for me—really helped regulate my nervous system.
