Seniors and Beginners Yoga + NEW Yoga with Audrie

Beginner's welcome. No experience necessary or join Audrie to continue your yoga progressions.

** Have you practiced yoga in the past but are wondering if you can still do it?

** Are you older and uncertain whether you can do a yoga practice but are willing to try?

** Maybe you are wondering if a yoga teacher would understand your needs as you cope with sore joints and/or after surgery?

** You would like to practice in a yoga class with others at the same stage or age as you.

These classes are for you! We offer classes to suit older adults or beginners who need a yoga teacher that understands. You practise in a group of like-minded people and have simple moves that everyone can do.

Classes include a gentle warm up and movements standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. The session ends with 3-4 minutes of in a resting position.

Tuesday Yoga with Audrie

In-person Series

Join Audrie for in-person classes, a weekly continuing yoga series. 

Tuesdays beginning 21 May 9.30-10.30am

Suitable if you have been doing yoga regularly.

Classes include a gentle warm up, movements standing,  sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor.

The session ends with 3-4 minutes of quiet reflection in a resting position.

Join Audrie for weekly online classes in the Fit and Fabulous Monthly Membership

Weekly: Thursdays 12noon-12.45pm

This is a great class or beginners and to get you moving again. No experience necessary. Suitable for seniors
