  • A full three 30 minute coaching session intake process before we build anything, so your plan is designed for your body and your life, not a template
  • Your own weight and wellness roadmap, showing exactly where to focus for this stage of your life
  • Ten 30 minute 1:1 personal training sessions if you're local to Christchurch, or via zoom if you're not
  • Twenty years of combined training in personal training, Ayurveda, yoga and body psychotherapy, applied to your muscles, your mindset and your identity together
