Yoga, mindfulness and meditation are essential life skills for modern living.

 

You know how wonderful meditation is for you, this is your chance to make a time to begin your meditation practice.

Start Meditation, Monday 8-8.30pm 

An introductory meditation class, that covers the principles of mindfulness and yogic lifestyle keys to live life with a calm mind, before providing a breathing practice and meditation practice.

Each week a different meditation style will be offered to participants.

Meditation is a transformative practice that teaches you to notice the workings of your mind, to begin to unwind the thinking that does not serve you and allow more gaps between your thoughts. Overtime you will notice a peace, calm and stillness entering your mind that begins your process of co-creation with the world and transformation of your life.

Kristina Wischnowsky is an Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher based in Christchurch NZ. Kristina is also a level 3/4 (750+ hours of teacher training completed) teacher registered with Yoga New Zealand and is currently completing a 300-hour teacher training towards Certification in Anusara Yoga method.
