Yoga for Beginners and Seniors

In-person Classes: This five-week beginners program will introduce you to yoga in a supportive group class.

Feel safe and supported to move your body as Audrie leads you through this easy to follow yoga course. You'll get the support of her experience as a yoga teacher plus the time and space to feel good.
Beginner's welcome. No experience necessary. Please check in with your health professionals if you are under their care.
Classes include a gentle warm up, movements standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. The session ends with 3-4 minutes of quiet reflection in a resting position.
Please bring a yoga mat and a large beach towel or blanket. Wear comfy but not loose clothing. Bring a drink bottle.
