I am dropping you a line to let you know I've committed to the beginner yoga and am loving it. I asked Audrie for advice on equipment to buy, because I knew I'd be more likely to commit if I had the right kit to support me to get off to a good start. I invested in myself by buying a matt, two blocks, a strap and a bolster from tribe. I'm so happy with my purchases and that I found you.
I have been practicing the standing poses and plan to do these every day for a few weeks before progressing. Once I feel I'm confident with the standing poses I will drop these to three days a week and incorporate some of the other beginner classes into my routine until I reach the recommended six weeks.
After only one week I am already noticing changes. My muscles feel engaged, I'm more conscious of how I'm holding myself, I feel so much more connected to my body and I'm already noticing progress in terms of flexibility, stability and strength. Early days I know and a really great start.
I particularly appreciate the 'start where you are' ethos, I find that really empowering.
The beginner classes will keep me going for a while and I'm excited to come back for more when I'm ready to branch out. 
Oh and I am also adding three things I'm grateful for to my daily journalling and am doing the legs in the air yoga before bedtime - I am sleeping much better.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Our nine-video beginner course has been carefully curated to offer you a broad, fun and alignment focussed introduction to yoga. We teach you how to do the poses with a variety of modifications, props, in a chair and throw in some tutorials on setting the foundation of your feet, downward facing dog and meditation. The intention of the course is to set you up for a wonderful yoga experience by building your flexibility, strength, physical alignment and confidence in your own home, on your own timeline while you are supported by a fabulous likeminded online community.

All the beginner yoga classes are 30 minutes or less, so you can easily introduce yoga into your life by not needing to find too much time or go to far.

  • Welcome and permission to modify and use props
  • Set the foundation, your feet
  • Standing poses to cultivate strength and flexibility
  • Strengthen your core
  • Find balance and salute to the sun
  • Meditation introduction
  • Release tension in your neck and shoulders

How Yoga to Transform Started

Kristina and Audrie met in a yoga class in 2008.
