Your body is the vehicle through which you experience life and is the foundation from which you build everything. It's important that you feel comfortable and at home in your body and that your body allows you to life the type of life you want to.

If you have a history of trying the latest fad diets and your weight either yo-yoing or just slowing creeping up, this training will give you the skills and confidence to positively transform your lifestyle and your body - you will never have to diet again. Transform your relationship to food and exercise, and ultimately your body.

This course will cover science-based food and fitness facts that will support you to design a lifestyle that will overtime get you the body you want, for the rest of your life. You will work out your personalised dietary intake requirements and create a healthy lifestyle plan that will be realistic and achievable for you to maintain for the long term.

Led by Kristina, a long-time student and teacher of Yoga, currently studying personal training and ayurveda wellness coaching who has maintained her weight for the last 15 years (once it settled down after children) without dieting. Even when she hit her 40's and the weight wanted to begin to creep up, Kristina focused on the principles outlined in this training to stay the same weight.
