Yoga with Audrie

In-person Classes: This six-week yoga program will develop your yoga practice in a supportive group class.

Full program of 6 classes:

Feel safe and supported to move your body as Audrie leads you through this easy to follow yoga course. You'll get the support of her experience as a yoga teacher plus the time and space to feel good.

Suitable for those who have a regular yoga practice.  Please check in with your health professionals if you are under their care.

Classes include a gentle warm up, movements standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. The session ends with 3-4 minutes of quiet reflection in a resting position.

Please bring a yoga mat. Wear comfy but not loose clothing. Bring a drink bottle.
