Mantra is perhaps the simplest and most accessible meditation technique—yet it is enormously powerful.
In this session, we will explore the various traditional forms of mantra practice, with particular emphasis on working with the breath and the powerful tantric mantra “haṃsa”.
The workshop is designed with emphasis on the practical aspects, so that practitioners of all levels of experience will find something valuable.
