Yoga for Beginners and Seniors

In-person Classes: This six-week beginners program will introduce you to yoga in a supportive group class.

Full program of 6 classes beginning  

Friday 24 May 11-12noon
Linwood Avenue Community Corner Trust, cnr Linwood Ave and Tilford St

Feel safe and supported to move your body as Audrie leads you through this easy to follow yoga course. You'll get the support of her experience as a yoga teacher plus the time and space to feel good.

Beginner's welcome. No experience necessary. Please check in with your health professionals if you are under their care.

Classes include a gentle warm up, movements standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. The session ends with 3-4 minutes of quiet reflection in a resting position.

Please bring a yoga mat.Wear comfy but not loose clothing. Bring a drink bottle.
