Monthly Level 2 Deep Play Masterclass to challenge and inspire you.

We learn in Yoga that there is always another level we can take our practice. It would seem the possibilities are endless both on and off the mat. Join us for a playful exploration of your next level expression :).

Demonstrations, alignment techniques and tips will be provided.


Taught by Kristina Wischnowsky, Anusara Inspired Yoga Teacher and Yoga NZ Level 3/4 Teacher. If you are a Yoga Teacher attendance at this masterclass counts towards CPD points for Yoga NZ.
