Led by experienced instructors, each session is thoughtfully crafted to help you quiet the mind, open the heart, and reconnect with your true essence.

Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our retreat provides a nurturing space for personal growth, relaxation, and profound transformation. Join us for a soulful journey and dive deep into peaceful practices to nourish your spirit and awaken your heart's fullest potential.

Held in Hanmer Springs this retreat will offer you:

* Dinner Friday and Saturday night, Breakfast Saturday and Sunday morning. 

* Yoga, pranayama and meditation each morning: there will be two yoga classes, one for beginners and one for mixed level you choose which one to attend

* A cacao ceremony

* A sound healing 

* Philosophy teachings and reflective journalling

* Opportunity for infra-red sauna (to be booked in but part of cost) and hot tub under the stars

* Restorative yoga with Yoga Nidra each evening

 * Opportunity to have a 20% off massage or facial experience during your free time

Rooms are set up as:

* eight beds are in twin share rooms, single bed shared room with another person

* two bedrooms have queen size beds, these will be charged at a higher price or suitable for a couple
