Six In-person Classes: This six-week movement series will develop your movement practice in a supportive group class.

“I’d like to create a course that helps my students to go from stiffness to mobility, reduce pain and discomfort, and build strength and confidence,” Audrie says.

The promise in Movingness is that you can restore your body through carefully designed movements and learn how to reduce pain and increase pleasure. In many cases, you can feel just as good in a body with a history as you can in a young body. But you need to know how the body is designed and how to work with it. That's what this new course will offer – safe and successful progression towards moving with less pain.

Classes include a gentle warm up, movements standing, sitting, kneeling and lying on the floor. The session ends with 3-4 minutes of quiet reflection in a resting position.

Please bring a yoga mat and a small pillow or cushion for your head. Wear comfy but not loose clothing. Thicker pants such as fleece or apartment pants work well. Bring a drink bottle.
